Individual Counselling Therapy

These sessions are for individual therapy for people 14+ (one on one counselling). Allison offers couples counselling in her Kimberley office or her Cranbrook office. Haley offers couples counselling primarily online, but may also meet with couples in our Cranbrook office when she is in the Kootenays. Please book this session type if you are a couple seeking support. Sometimes couples counselling will include meeting together as a couple with your therapist and other times, it could mean meeting one on one for individual counselling with your therapist focused on relationship support.

Family Counselling

This kind of session is to be booked if the focus is supporting family dynamics as this is a specialized area of practice. The session may have one or more family members in attendance. Hameda offers family counselling online only and Allison offers family counselling in person on a case by case basis.

Low Cost Counselling (Individual Therapy Only)

Our graduate practicum counsellor offers counselling at a rate of $50 (+ GST) per session (please inquire about our "pay what you can program" which could further reduce this rate if you qualify based on household income). She is supervised by the Clinical Director, Emily Popoff, MA, RCC, and works closely with a practicum advisor from her masters program and has ongoing supervision and consult... Read More
