Insurance Coverage: Please check your plan and the therapist’s designation (RCC or CCC). We do not have access to your plan information.

Need Help Choosing a Counsellor? Email admin@talkinghelpsheal.com with your needs, and we’ll suggest suitable counsellors. You can also book a FREE consult with any of our therapists who are picking up new clients.

Low Cost Counselling Program: Free first session, and only $60 subsequent sessions with our counselling intern/student.

Standard Fees: $170 for individual 50 min appts, $190 for couples/families. We have a firm 24 hr cancellation policy.
